  • School Improvement Plan Review:
    • Updates: If you want to see copies, Brendan has them for review afterwards

      • Goal - discipline referral reduction by 5%

  • SEMS Crisis Plan:
    • Comes from guidance

      • Emergency plan details
      • Spells out roles of staff members in the event of various types of emergencies 
        • In the event of a death for example
      • Individuals will be made aware of their roles--"triage" roles
        • Monitoring people to make sure they are okay in times of tragedy
        • Jamie Sherman to discuss with Allison how we will make this available plan  to staff
        • Based on experience at Reagan with deaths of students and teachers in short time frame, we need to have this in place
        • SIT gave the okay to go forward with the plan
